I want to know one advice from the folks who are expert in love. I love my college mate for past 3 months. I want to propose my love to her during this semester holidays. But I’m very much scared about the love proposal. So I’m indeed of asking advice from the all pals in this world.
I asked few of my friends regarding this love proposal. They advised me to give a gift while proposing her. Is it good idea or???????? Because it’s my first love I don’t want to suffer if I reject my love because of my careless proposal. One of my friends suggested me to give a Diamond ring to her, while proposing love. I too thought it’s a good way to propose her. Because she is my angel, to her I need to gift the world’s best special gift. He also suggested me to get an diamond necklace for her. Because it’s a good place where I can get branded things in an affordable manner. So I think my girl will love me as well as my gift.
Is Ultra Diamond is good choice to buy gifts for girls??? I hope they are the best guys which providing diamonds at a cheaper rate compared over other folks in this world. I would like to tell interesting fact regarding our recent trend of real estate business of various places of world. Now our economy is not that much good due to the several bailouts given by US economy and our favorite president. Due to this financial meltdown, our sock exchange drops and Wall Street came to zero point bases. But this is the right time for many of the folks to buy their dream houses as well it’s opt time for millionaires to get their multi-million dollar condos.
While I was discussing about this to my friend, I saw that the real estate in Miami is good and its showing comparatively lower compared over provinces in prices. So my wish is to get a minimum number of condos at continuum miami to lead a peaceful life. U knows Miami is a nice place to live with the balanced climatic conditions. Because unlike other places of US territory, it does not have dry temperature as well as severe cold. So according to my knowledge it’s a right time to spend our money on real estate rather than Stock markets.
In addition to this, Miami is a very good place for vacation compared over many other places. It has nice beach and good climate. So u thinks, if u gets condos near beach and going to stay for your vacation means, it’s an awesome feeling. We are working to lead a peaceful life. By spending time with our beloved ones in Ultra Luxury condos in Miami gives the more pleasure than anything. So I think I will go for condos in Miami compared over other types of my investments.

Vikram is badly in need of a hit, as ‘Maja’ and ‘Bhima’ flopped after the stupendous success of Shankar-directed ‘Annyan’. The flick, filmed in five countries, is reportedly being dubbed into Spanish, Italian and English. Director Susi Ganesan, overjoyed at the buzz the film has already generated, has claimed that another ‘Kanthasamy’ would be needed to challenge the might of this film.
Thus The rights of ‘Kanthasamy’ in Malayalam has reportedly been sold for Rs.2 crore and the satellite broadcast rights have been secured for a stunning Rs.4.5 crore, sources in the industry say.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been acting simultaneously in Shankar’s ‘Endhiran’ and Mani Rathnam’s bilingual, ‘Ravana’/ ‘Ashokavanam’ . The first schedule of ‘Ravana’ is expected to be completed on December 17 and Aishwarya will return to ‘Endhiran’ on December 18, it is learnt. Earlier, Shankar had given her permission to participate in Mani’s movie while he was busy filming other scenes that did not involve her.
Shankar has completed a good portion of the Rajni-starrer. The film was being shot in Goa and Chennai. Most of the shooting of ‘Ravan’ was held at dense forests in Kerala.
In the Mani film, simultaneously shot in Tamil and Hindi. Aishwarya is the female lead. In Hindi, her hubby Abhishek, is the hero and Vikram plays the villain. In Tamil, Vikram is the hero and Prithviraj, the villain.

After Khushbu and Namitha, it is the turn of the reigning deity of Kollywood, Nayantara now. Her fans in Aravakurichi, Karur are planning to build a temple for her! The construction has started and it will be open for worship in a few months, it is reported.
